HE THE Minister of Youth and Sports in the State of Qatar issued the decision No. 87 of 2014 (on 14 September 2014) licensing the establishment of the youth sport center to be named ‘Qatar Motorcycle Center’. The Chocolate coffee lounge Management will encourage and support for the activities of youth sport center by sponsoring BATABIT organization.
